Wait List

For those interested joining Cimarron School of Living Education, we encourage joining our wait list below. Families on the wait list will be given priority as availability arises. Those on the wait list will also be notified about enrollment re-opening for the next school year.

There is no fee to join the wait list!

In the event that a spot opens up during the school year, families on our waiting list will be given priority as availability arises. If we have enough interest in a class that is currently full, we will consider opening another section.

Cimarron Wait List Guidelines

Waiting List forms are valid only for the year indicated on the submission form and will not transfer to any other school year.

Names will be removed from the wait list for the following reasons:

  • Refusal of an available slot. Once a slot is declined for any reason, that student’s name will be deleted from the waitlist unless the parent requests that student’s name remain on the waitlist. The student’s name may stay on the waitlist but the date of the wait list application will be changed to the date that the availability was declined.
  • No response to phone calls or to emails sent. It is the sole responsibility of the parent to keep Cimarron informed of any changes in address and phone numbers so that Cimarron can contact the parent when needed.
  • Necessary forms and/or fees not submitted in a timely manner. After acknowledging the spot available, families must:
  1. Submit an admissions application (if not already submitted) the day of acknowledgment.
  2. Submit a non-refundable application fee ($50 per student) online (follow to the bottom of this link to find online payment options).
  3. Schedule a family session that will take place within the next 3 days.

These forms/fees need to be returned by the deadline noted to complete the wait list acceptance process.
